Shipping + Handling

Domestic

All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Huntington Beach, California. Orders will be processed in 1 business day; orders will not be processed over the weekend or on company observed Holidays. 

All domestic orders will be shipped with free Standard Shipping, with the option to upgrade to FedEx 2Day® or Next Day Shipping. The cost to upgrade is based on the total weight of the items in your order and will be calculated at checkout. Orders shipping to PO boxes or US military bases will ship free with USPS Ground shipping.

Orders placed before 10:00 am PST will be shipped the same day. Anything placed after 10:00 am will be processed the next day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on holidays will be shipped the following business day. Once your order has shipped you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Standard: 1 business day processing + 3 to 4 business days to ship
FedEx 2Day®: 1 business day processing + 2 business days to ship
Next Day Shipping: 1 business day processing + 1 business day to ship
USPS Ground: 1 business day processing + 2 to 5 business days to ship (extended times for Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories)

AMO is not responsible for lost, damaged, or refused packages. If your package has been lost or damaged please email hello@amodenim.com and we can help you get in contact with the carrier to file a claim. All orders that have purchased Order Protection at checkout will be insured. If your order is damaged, lost, stolen, or if you have received the wrong item, you can file a claim through our portal here. Please note, AMO Denim is not liable for missing, stolen, or damaged shipments on orders where customers have purchased Order Protection.

We ask that claims be filed within 5 days of being marked as delivered to ensure a quick and accurate response. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact our Customer Experience team at hello@amodenim.com.

All refused packages will be returned to our warehouse and processed for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

 

International

International orders are shipped via UPS International.  You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country in which you reside. We have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. You may contact your customs office for additional information.

AMO is not responsible for lost, damaged, or refused packages. If your package has been lost, damaged, or refused, please email hello@amodenim.com and we can help you get in contact with UPS to file a claim.

$45 - UPS International (3-7 business days)*

*orders are shipped with duties unpaid, customer is responsible to pay duties on arrival

Please note for all Russia orders, we can only ship to a business address. Individual addresses will not be accepted by Russia customs and be sent back to us. Please make sure you are using a business address when placing your order.
