HOLIDAY HOURS

Our corporate office and warehouse will be closed December 24th - January 1st. We'll reply to all emails and begin processing orders and returns when we return on January 2nd, 2023.

SALE

Can I return an item marked Final Sale?

All items on sale are Final Sale and cannot be returned.

An item I bought is now on sale, will you match the new price?

Price adjustments will be accepted within 7 days the original order was placed. Adjusting the price will make the item Final Sale and it cannot be returned.

We are unable to offer a price adjustment if the item was originally purchased on sale or during a special promotion, or if the item is out of stock.

Do you offer price adjustments during promotions?

We are unable to offer price adjustments on previous orders during a special promotion, such as a flash sale or holiday sales (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc).

Can I use more than one discount code?

Discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or promotions, or applied to past orders.

Why isn't my discount working on sale styles?

Discount codes can only be applied to full-priced styles unless there is a special promotion on sale styles.

How do I process a return?

I received a damaged or incorrect item, what do I do?

Please reach out to hello@amodenim.com as soon as possible.

Is return shipping free?

Yes! Once you authorize your return here, a return label will be emailed to you to print off and affix to your return package.

If the item is final sale, it cannot be returned.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you need a different size, we recommend placing a new order for the correct size, and returning the size that does not work.

Do you have an extended return policy over the holidays?

Yes, we do! For all orders placed between November 1st - December 31st, items can be returned in 60 days vs 30 days.
