Our office and shipping warehouse will be closed for the holiday from July 4th through July 6th. Orders placed during this time will begin processing on July 7th and will be shipped in the order they were received with the shipping method selected at checkout.

Why shop Loved Again?
Loved Again is the dedicated site for buying and selling our products secondhand. We’ve created this space for you to have the best shopping experience for finding and purchasing our secondhand items.
All posts are reviewed prior to going live and your purchases are backed by Treet Protection so you’re guaranteed to receive the product that was promised.
What is the shipping process?
After completing your order, an email is sent to the Seller with a prepaid shipping label, and they’re encouraged to ship immediately. It usually takes around 3 days for Sellers to get items in the mail, but it can take up to 7 business days. Please note that shipping is paid for by the Buyer. Shipments over $500.00 will require a signature confirmation upon delivery. On the rare occasion that the seller doesn’t ship within the 7-day shipping window, we will automatically cancel the order and refund your purchase.
What is the return policy?
All other orders made through Loved Again are backed by Treet Protection: get the item that was promised in the condition it was promised in, or receive a full refund.
In order to receive a refund for your order, you must file a Misrepresentation Claim within 72 hours of receiving your order. Here are the steps to do so.
If for whatever reason you decide you don’t like your item, this is not covered in Treet Protection, but you still can re-list the product without paying any Seller fees. In this case, you must request to re-list the item within 72 hours of its arrival by contacting support@treet.co.
You can also choose to add Seel Return Assurance to your order at checkout if your order is eligible. Return Assurance gives you a 7-day return window on your otherwise final sale (non-refundable) items. If you’re unhappy with the purchase for any reason, Seel will buy it back from you for 100% of the purchase price of your returned items. Please note that shipping fees are not covered by Return Assurance. The original shipping fee will not be returned and a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Why should I sell on Loved Again?
Loved Again is the official destination for buying and selling our secondhand items. This is where our secondhand community lives, which means you’ll get the best value for your item and be able to sell it fast. Plus, you can easily list items by finding them in your order history with us.
How do I list an item?
Listing your item is easy! Simply click “Sell Your Item” in the upper right-hand corner, create an account (tip: use the same email you’ve used to purchase from AMO Denim so you can see your order history), and go through the listing process.
Once you’ve added all of the applicable information, click “Submit” for the post to be reviewed within 24 hours. After it’s reviewed and approved, it will go live. If there are any issues, you’ll receive an email asking to make changes before it can be accepted.
How does the listing review process work?
The Treet Team reviews every item before it goes live. They’re verifying several things about your post:

Any quirks are accurately described

How do I ship my item?
After someone purchases your item, you’ll receive an email that includes a prepaid shipping label for you to print and use to ship your item within 7 days. The cost of the shipping label is paid for by the Buyer.
What is the fee to sell an item?
As a Seller on Loved Again, you have two choices for receiving your funds: cash or credit back to AMO Denim.
If you choose store credit, there is no fee! (i.e. Selling an item for $100.00 gives you $100.00 credit back to AMO Denim.)
If you choose cash, the fee is 20%. (i.e. Selling an item for $100.00 gives you $80.00 cash.) This fee is paid directly to Treet.
How and when do I get paid?
Once your item is delivered and verified (manually by the buyer or auto-verified after 72 hours — whichever is first), you’ll receive an email asking how you’d like to redeem your funds: cash or credit. You can make your preferred selection by logging into your account and going to ‘Your Listings’.
To redeem your funds as credit, you’ll receive an email immediately upon verification with your gift card for use on AMO Denim.
To redeem your funds as cash, you’ll be prompted to enter your bank account details* and a direct deposit will be sent within 7 business days via our payment partner, Stripe**.
*Please note, if you have recently changed your name, or in the rare case that Stripe requests additional information for account verification, you may be asked to enter the last 4 digits of your SSN and/or enter your date of birth. Please reach out to support@treet.co if you have any trouble or questions.
**Stripe has a PCI Service Provider Level 1 Certification - the highest level in the payments industry.
How does store credit work?
We issue store credit as gift cards to be redeemed on AMO Denim. You’ll receive the gift card code via email upon selecting the credit option.
What happens if someone submits a misrepresentation claim?
If your Buyer submits a Claim, we will notify you immediately and will review it in accordance with our Treet Protection Policy. Your funds will be on hold until a decision has been reached. If the Claim is accepted, we provide the Buyer with a prepaid shipping label to print and ship within 72 hours. If the Claim is rejected, we will automatically disburse your funds.
Am I protected if the item gets lost or stolen?
As long as the item is initially scanned in by the post office, you’ll be paid in full if it were to get lost or stolen anywhere on its journey.
SHIPPING
Do you insure orders?
All orders that have purchased Order Protection at checkout will be insured. If your order is damaged, lost, stolen, or if you have received the wrong item, you can file a claim through our portal here. Please note, AMO Denim is not liable for missing, stolen, or damaged shipments on orders where customers have not purchased Order Protection.
We ask that claims be filed within 5 days of being marked as delivered to ensure a quick and accurate response. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact our Customer Experience team at hello@amodenim.com.
SALE
Can I return sale items?
Sale items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned. Sale items not marked with FINAL SALE are eligible for return. Please check the product page of the item to determine eligibility.
Can I return an item marked Final Sale?
Final Sale items cannot be returned. Please check the product page of the item when making your purchase and reach out to hello@amodenim.com if you have any questions regarding sizing or return eligibility. For customers using Instagram shop, final sale information can be found under the Shipping & Returns tab on the product page. Items listed with the note "Returns not accepted for this item" are considered final sale and are non-refundable.
Do you offer price adjustments during promotions?
We do not offer any price adjustments on previous orders during a special promotion, such as a flash sale or holiday promotions (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc).
An item I bought is now on sale, will you match the new price?
We are unable to offer a price adjustment if the item was originally purchased on sale or during a special promotion, or if the item is no longer in stock.
However, if you purchased the item at full price, and it is marked on sale within 7 days of your original order, a price adjustment will be granted. Please note: adjusting the price will make the item Final Sale.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or promotions, or applied to past orders.
Why isn't my discount working on sale styles?
Discount codes can only be applied to full-priced styles unless otherwise stated.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Due to high order volume and a small team, we’re unable to make any changes to orders during a sale period. Please check your details carefully before placing your order.
RETURNS
How do I process a domestic return?
Please go to https://amo-denim.loopreturns.com to start your return process and receive a pre-paid return label.
How do I process an international return?
Customers returning items from international locations are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any duties, taxes, or shipping fees associated with the return. Please use our return portal here to authorize your return to ensure it falls within our policy guidelines. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your return. Please include your return authorization details within the package for processing.
I received a damaged or incorrect item, what do I do?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please reach out to hello@amodenim.com as soon as possible.
Is return shipping free?
All returns for refund within the US will be subject to a $10 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping fee will be waived on returns for store credit and exchanges. After submitting a domestic return, customers will be provided with a pre-paid return label. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer for International returns.
If the item is final sale, it cannot be returned.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
If you'd like to exchange for a new size, please use our return portal here, and select the style you would like to exchange. You can then choose a new size and return your item with the pre-paid return label. Once your return is in transit, we will ship you your new size.

Can my gift card be refunded?
No, all gift cards are non-refundable after purchase.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Our International shipping is a flat rate of $45. At this time we do not offer expedited international shipping.
Who pays for duties and taxes on an international order?
If you are shopping from another country, you will need to pay for all duties, taxes and fees on delivery if applicable. We can not guarantee the cost of fees upon delivery. Duties and taxes are nonrefundable on returns for orders shipped internationally.
How are duties and taxes calculated?
Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, where they were made, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase. We have no control over this, we take payment for only the shipping fee at check out. Any other fees associated with the order will be the responsibility of the customer. These costs cannot be predicted and are outside of our control.
