We want you to be completely happy with your AMO order! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for refund within 15 days of order delivery date. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. For returns received within 30 days from your order, we offer online store credit only.
All Final Sale items will not be processed for a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must have all original tags attached, be unaltered, unworn, and in new sellable condition.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
All refused packages will be returned to our warehouse and processed for a refund. Any refused packages that are still desired will be have to placed as a new order.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Allow up to 3 business days for the refund to be processed after the return is received. A notification email will be sent to the email used to place the order after the return is processed. You will see your refund within 1-2 billing cycles, depending on your bank or financial institution.
We are unable to provide a pre-paid mail label for returns outside of the United States. For International returns, please choose a shipping method of your choice that provides trackable and insured service, as AMO is not responsible for lost returns. Charges for international return shipping will not be reimbursed.
Please note returns must be received within 15 days of order ship date to the address listed below. Initial shipping costs will be deducted in the refund.
