How to process a return:
Please go to https://amo-denim.loopreturns.com to start your return process and receive a pre-paid return label.
Returns must be received within 15 days from the delivery date for a refund back to your original form of payment. Returns that are received within 30 days of the delivery date will be refunded to store credit.
We accept unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any return if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing, or shows signs of wear.
Sale items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned. Sale items not marked with FINAL SALE are eligible for return. Please check the product page of the item to determine eligibility.
Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to be processed after the return is received. A notification email will be sent to the email used to place the order after the return is processed. You will see your refund within 1-2 billing cycles, depending on your bank or financial institution.
We are unable to provide a pre-paid mail label for returns outside of the United States. For International returns, please choose a shipping method of your choice that provides trackable and insured service, as AMO is not responsible for lost returns. Charges for international return shipping will not be reimbursed.

ExchangesIf you'd like to exchange for a new size, please go to https://amo-denim.loopreturns.com, and select the item you would like to exchange. You can then choose a new size and return your item with the pre-paid return label. Once your return is in transit, we will ship you your new size.
If a store credit code or gift card was used on your purchase, the original gift card used will be reloaded when returning items for a refund. If both a gift card and another form of payment were used in the initial order, priority will be given to the gift card when refunds are being processed. The gift card will be reloaded first, and any remaining refund balance afterword will then go back to the other form of payment used.
