Domestic Returns (US)

Returns must be initiated through our return portal. Please go to https://amo-denim.loopreturns.com to start your return process and receive a pre-paid return label.

Returns received within 10 days of delivery are eligible for a refund back to the original form of payment. Returns received within 20 days of delivery are eligible for store credit only. Returns received after 20 days from delivery are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping + Restocking Fees

Each return authorized will be subject to a $15 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund or store credit total. A pre-paid return label will be provided once a return has been authorized in the portal. 

If an exchanged item is later returned, it will be subject to a $15 restocking fee.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 20 days of delivery for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability. Once your return is in transit, your exchange order will processed and shipped. The first exchange is free, any subsequent exchanges will incur the $15 restocking fee. 

International orders are not eligible for exchanges.

Store Credit/Gift Cards

Store credit never expires and can be used on any future AMO purchase. Store credit cannot be converted back into a refund. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags attached. AMO reserves the right to refuse any return if merchandise shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration or if tags are not attached. 

Final Sale

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please note that on Instagram Shop, final sale information can be found under the Shipping & Returns tab on the product page. Items listed with the note "Returns not accepted for this item" are considered final sale and are non-refundable.

Policy Enforcement

AMO reserves the right to refuse returns or restrict return privileges in cases of excessive returns or suspected misuse of our return policy.

International Returns

Customers returning items from international locations are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any duties, taxes, or shipping fees associated with the return. Please use our return portal here to authorize your return to ensure it falls within our policy guidelines. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your return. Please include your return authorization details within the package for processing.

Once received, please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to be processed. A notification email will be sent after the return is processed. You will see your refund within 1-2 billing cycles, depending on your bank or financial institution.
